Production: 500 bottles
Distillation: Distillation using a discontinuous steam still with low-grade columns. The distillation system is completely sealed, and the entire production is subject to both qualitative and quantitative control.
Addition of distilled water to bring the spirit to an alcohol content of 43% ABV.
Filtration and bottling.
Aging: Aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months.
Tasting notes: On the nose, notes of tea, hay, vanilla, and hazelnut. Warm and bold on the palate, with a soft and persistent finish.
Pairings: To be enjoyed on its own after a meal or as an accompaniment to chocolate desserts.
