Distillation: Distillation using a discontinuous steam still with low-grade columns. The distillation system is completely sealed, and the entire production is subject to both qualitative and quantitative control.
Addition of distilled water to bring the spirit to an alcohol content of 40% ABV.
Filtration and bottling.
Aging: Aged in stainless steel containers.
Tasting notes: Crystal-clear in appearance, with aromas of dried fruit, spices, and tobacco. It has a round and balanced flavor, with a light aftertaste of dried fruit.
Pairings: Excellent as an after-meal drink, its taste is smooth and dry.
