You will use very good local products, fresh eggs by our chickens, vegetables from our vegetable garden personally cared by our grandma Maria, our organic wines and our extra virgin olive oil.
Our cook will guide you in making the homemade pasta, that you will prepare with your hands, a typical Tuscan sauce to eat with, a main course of meat with side dish and a typical Tuscan homemade dessert.
After your hard work, you will enjoy your meal on the panoramic terrace with view on the Tuscan countryside of our restaurant, drinking a bottle of white wine Vernaccia di San Gimignano or red wine Chianti from our organic production.
When you are back home, you can surprise relatives and friends preparing them a lunch or a dinner with the typical Tuscan meal you learnt during your cooking class in our farm holidays in Tuscany.
